Jessica Thompson is actually one of my friends from The Bahamas. We grew up on the same island, and would frequently run into each other at different events, whether they were fashion related or not! The thing I love about Jessica is the fact that she's so friendly and approachable. When you're in her presence, her smile invites you to start a conversation, and it's hard to say that about models in general. She's very down to earth, and a great addition to my series! OTC: What’s your name?

J: Jessica Thompson

OTC: How old are you?

J: 19 :)

OTC: How did you get into modeling?

J: I decided to try something new, so I had my mum plan a photo shoot, and ended up enjoying it haha!

OTC: What’s it like living in The Bahamas?

J: It's amazing, I love it here.

OTC: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

J: Other than home? Well if I HAD to choose it'd probably be London.

OTC: What has been your favorite photoshoot/campaign so far?

J: I don't really have a favorite shoot, basically everyone I've worked with has been amazing!

OTC: Do you prefer swimsuit modeling or high fashion modeling?

J: Swimsuit

OTC: What would be your dream job/campaign as a model?

J: Either Victoria's Secret or Calvin Klein

OTC: What’s the craziest thing that’s ever happened to you on set?

J: Hmm, I can't really say. Nothing comes to mind right now!

OTC: What is the strangest thing you had to do to get the perfect shot?

J: Weird poses that I just can't explain haha!

OTC: Do you have a special ritual you do before or after a photoshoot?

J: I listen to music, get into my groove

OTC: Have you made any friends in the modeling industry? How do you help each other?

J: Yes! I've met so many amazing people. We always support each other, it's never super competitive between us.

OTC: Who is your favorite model at the moment?

J: Gigi Hadid

OTC: How has Instagram contributed to your success?

J: I've met quite a few photographers through Instagram, and set up a few jobs too.

OTC: Is there anything you do in particular to maintain such a great body?

J: I go to the gym five days a week!

OTC: Are you single?

J: No

OTC: What does your dream date night consist of?

J: I've never really thought of a dream date, just being around that person is good enough for me!

OTC: Does modeling get in the way of your love life?

J: It can, in a way. With there being distance and all.

OTC: Victoria’s Secret or Calvin Klein?

J: Oh boy, now you're making me choose? I'd say Victoria's Secret

OTC: Netflix or chill?

J: Netflix!
