I can't fully remember how I found Connor Catherine's Instagram, but I really am glad that I did! She's signed to NEXT Models, and agreed to do this interview with me! OTC: What is your name?

CM: Connor Catherine McClure

OTC: How old are you?

CM: 20!

OTC: How tall are you?

CM: 5'8

OTC: How did you get into modeling?

CM: I was always told I have bold features and could model but never pursued it until I turned 18.

OTC: If you didn’t model, what would you want to do instead?

CM: I graduate college next spring with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development, so something in the fashion industry!

OTC: How did you end up with NEXT Models?

CM: Next Models Miami commented on my Instagram picture asking how tall I was and then we kept talking and they asked to sign me!

OTC: What would you change about your personality & look?

CM: If I had to change one thing about my looks I would make myself taller! Also I'm sometimes negatively affected by overthinking situations, so I would make myself more carefree and spontaneous.

OTC: Where are you from originally?

CM: I am from Sylvania, Ohio!

OTC: Where, that you’ve visited, is your favorite country?

CM: I have never been outside of the country but I am dying to go to Greece!

OTC: Where would you love to visit, and what would you do there?

CM: I would love to visit Greece or anywhere over seas because I have never experienced that part of the world yet!

OTC: What is the one place in the world you wish you lived in?

CM: I need warmth and my family, so wherever that takes me in the world I'll be fine!

OTC: What is the one thing you want to experience before you die?

CM: I want to experience the Thailand fruit festival!

OTC: Describe your dream vacation

CM: Cruising around Europe with my family!

OTC: What does “beauty” mean to you?

CM: Beauty to me is feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin. If someone is radiating positivity and loves them self, nothing is more beautiful!

OTC: What makes you feel sexy?

CM: I feel sexy when I am shooting and get in my groove!

OTC: Which makeup product couldn’t you live without?

CM: I could easily live without makeup but if I had to pick it would be mascara.

OTC: How many swimsuits do you own?

CM: Ohhhhh shit, ten too many.

OTC: If you were stuck on an island, which 5 items would you NEED to have with you?

CM: Skelly, Jenna my sister (sorry if I am stuck here so are you), unlimited fruits/veggies, some vegan donuts and I could probably benefit from a hammock.

OTC: Who is your favorite model and why?

CM: Cara Delevingne! I love all of her shoots and how she speaks her mind on any subject.

OTC: What’s the craziest thing you’ve done on a shoot?

CM: I have had to cliff dive over and over again for the perfect shot.

OTC: What is the scariest experience you’ve ever had?

CM: When I was younger I choked on a peanut butter sandwich and my mom had to do the Heimlich on me until it shot out of my throat :)

OTC: Would you travel to another galaxy? And for what reason?

CM: Definitely, to experience other life.

OTC: Which celebrity would you want to hang out with for the day, and what would you do?

CM: Hanging out with Miley for the day would be amazing, I would just love to see everything she is doing to change the world.

OTC: Who is your celebrity crush?

CM: Zayn Malik

OTC: What’s your favorite song at the moment?

CM: Malibu :)

OTC: What kind of music do you mostly listen to?

CM: R&B, rap and country

OTC: What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

CM: Cuddle my dog, Skelly.

OTC: What is something you have tried, but will never do again?

CM: Eating meat!

OTC: What quirky habit do you have?

CM: I talk to my dog when he is not there..

OTC: What’s your favorite season?

CM: My fav season is definitely summer! I need the sun to be happy.

OTC: What kinds of things really make you laugh?

CM: I die laughing at people that are sarcastic and dry.

OTC: What is the one thing you did in your past you wish you could undo?

CM: I wish I could undo how serious I took high school and all the drama that comes with it.

OTC: What is your biggest fear?

CM: Getting eaten by a shark, 100%

OTC: What is your most prized possession?

CM: Skelly, my chihuahua. He is my pride and joy!

OTC: What is the happiest memory from your childhood?

CM: Every Christmas my little brother would run into our rooms and wake us up at 7 am to open presents. Christmas is always a HUGE celebration in our house where we all are just so extremely happy.

OTC: Who has influenced you the most in your life?

CM: Definitely my sister, she is the most amazing human being and only 15 months older than me. I look up to her in everything I do, she leads the way and I follow VERY close behind!

OTC: What is something you used to do as a child that you wish you could still do?

CM: I wish my parents still walked me on a leash at amusement parks.

OTC: How would you describe your version of a perfect home?

CM: Anything Chip and Joanna design on HGTV

OTC: Describe your diet and workout routine

CM: I am vegan and have been for over a year and a half now! I also do pure barre classes 3-4 times a week and a few platform classes (high intensity cardio barre).

OTC: Are you an early bird or a night owl?

CM: Honestly... neither I like to go to bed early and sleep in. Let's just say I like sleep!

OTC: Which question do you hate answering?

CM: Why do you have a boy name?

OTC: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

CM: I see myself engaged to my cute boyfriend, living in Florida, modeling all day everyday.

OTC: Professionally, what’s your goal?

CM: My goal was always to be signed by one of the best agencies in the world and look at me now! I just want to continue to grow and become one of the top girls at NEXT!

OTC: What is your ultimate goal in life?

CM: All I want is to be happy and healthy with the people I love.

OTC: What’s your current passion in life?

CM: My passion is definitely modeling and veganism/animal rights!

OTC: What advice would you give your younger self?

CM: I could write a book on what I would say to my younger self but to sum it up, I would tell myself to relax and remember that all of the drama happening now is not going to matter in the long run. Also, I would say what my mom always said to me, "this too shall pass." She was right.

OTC: What is something you will never forget?

CM: I will never forget the day my sister went to college and how much I cried. If you can't tell by this interview, we are extremely attached.

OTC: Which way do you face when you shower?

CM: Away from the water.

OTC: What’s your go-to Snapchat filter?

CM: The purple lips with the stickers on your cheeks!

OTC: What do you do when you’re Off The Clock?

CM: I love working out, being with my animals, mom and sister and shopping!

OTC: What’s your favorite way to spend a Saturday?

CM: With my boyfriend, his dog and my dog, all cuddled up watching Greys Anatomy!

OTC: Would you rather model swimsuits or lingerie?

CM: Swimsuits

OTC: What should I know about you that I’d never think to ask you?

CM: I adopted 3 chihuahuas in 2 months and they all have voices..

OTC: Do you have any tattoos? If so, tell me the stories behind them

CM: Yes, I have 2 and if I didn't model I would have much more! My first one is a semi colon on my side boob that stands for mental illness awareness. I am passionate about that subject because sometimes since it is a disease you cannot physically see, people do not take it seriously. My second one is my sisters heartbeat, and she has mine. We got these tattoos because we are each other's best friend and have an odd obsession/love for one another.

OTC: What’s your zodiac sign?

CM: Cancer

OTC: Do you believe in astrology?

CM: For sure!

OTC: If you had 3 wishes, and couldn’t wish for more wishes, what would you wish for?

1. All the animal cruelty in the world to end

2. Everyone I know and love to be happy and healthy

3. Skelly to live as long as I live

OTC: Cats or dogs? Why?

CM: Dogs because I have always owned at least one dog but I don't discriminate against any animal!

OTC: What is your favorite animal?

CM: Skelly, the perfect little chihuahua, greyhound mix. Haven't you heard of him??

OTC: If you had to wear one outfit for the rest of your life, what would you wear?

CM: Black high-waisted leggings, a t-shirt tied and sneakers.

OTC: Smoker or a drinker?

CM: Neitherrr

OTC: Have you ever used a dating app? Which ones?

CM: Nope!

OTC: Describe your dream man

CM: Someone who has a good sense of humor, is close to their family and can deal with all my emotions.

OTC: What is the worst thing about dating?

CM: The worst part about dating is having the awkward stage in the beginning where you aren't comfortable yet. I can't imagine starting over and not being able to look a hot mess or be my true self.

OTC: Do you have any cringe-worthy stories of a guy’s failed attempt to pick you up?

CM: I'm scared they will read this interview.. but let's just say there have been a few attempts.

OTC: Where’s the best place for a guy to try and pick you up?

CM: Well no where because I am in a relationship!
